Q and A
The Vehicles and business are fully comprehensive insured for passengers and third party and public liability.
Payments can be made via Internet / Electronic Banking, Card Payment Terminal or Cash.
Cost of service must be accepted before trip commences.
Rates shown are in NZD.
All prices include fuel, commercial insurance etc.
Multi day trips rate includes overnight accommodation for the driver.
Extra charges will be made for parking. Cost for admission to facilities visited will be at your own cost. This can be booked by us and paid for before the trip commences.
For Airport transfers no deposit required.
A 25% deposit is required for private hire service.
Multi day trips require a 30% deposit at the time of confirming your booking with the balance payable to the start of hire, if using Visa / Mastercard this can be done at pick up.
If bookings are cancelled 48hrs before commencement of a hire 50% of the deposit will be refundable, For deposits over $70. under $50 deposit no refund,
If a booking is cancelled 72 hrs before commencement of hire 70% of deposit will be refunded,, For deposits over $70. under $50 deposit 25% will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hrs of commencement of hire 100% of the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
An invoice will issued if requested. Payment via Visa / Mastercard can be sent to your email of SMS number at the time of payment, all other methods of payment will be within 2 working days.
If for any reason the Jaguar is out of service for service or repairs a White Subaru Forester all wheel drive SUV may be used.
This vehicle also has comfortable seating for 3 passengers. And has a large luggage space.
Luggage in the Jaguar is limited to two suitcases 700mm x 450mm x 400 mm or one large suitcase and small hand luggage. If the client has more than this then the Subaru Forester SUV may be used.
Alcohol and food consumption is not permitted in the vehicle except for water, and a wedding car where a glass of bubbly (supplied) may be consumed by the bride and groom.
Any spoiling or staining of the interior of the vehicle will be charged a valet fee of $100.
